Data collected
We collect: name, email, phone (optional), company (optional), the program / vertical you are interested in, and the free-text message you provide. We also collect technical data: IP, user agent, UTM parameters.
Purposes
Data is used solely to respond to your request, schedule a discovery call, and forward your file to a HetLodge consultant. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
Conversational assistant (chat)
Our conversational assistant (chatbot) asks you a few questions to understand your project and, if you wish, collects your contact details (name, email, phone) so a member of our team can get back to you. Data controller: HETMOS FRANCE SAS (RCS Nanterre 979 828 001, 99 avenue Achille Peretti, 92200 Neuilly-sur-Seine, France). Purpose: to qualify your request and contact you back for commercial purposes. Legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in following up on an inbound request. Retention: 36 months after the last contact (see "Retention"). Processors: the conversation is processed via Cloudflare (hosting) and OpenRouter (language-model provider), which may process data outside the European Union under appropriate safeguards (European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses). You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and port your data, and to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL). To exercise them: contact@hetmos.com.
Retention
Lead data is retained for 36 months after the last interaction, then deleted or anonymized.
